bedroom wall cut out and studwork built & plastered to provide onsuite to master bedroom

New Drainage channel & front step for local B&B.

Fire Place removed, Bricked up (with vent for flue to breath) and Plasterwork made good.

this chimney was so bad i had to take the pot & top 5 courses of bricks off (see below)

Leak through into bedroom, caused by felt rotting away

felt replaced & roof back on again

lack of "aim" had caused the floor to rot away under the w/c, so boards were replaced and new w/c fitted
